Position summary

Due to multiple new project awards the company is looking to appoint a Project Engineer.
This key role works closely with an experienced team of engineering and project delivery professionals. Flexibility on level of experience (3-10 years), growing company with multiple on-going opportunities.

Specific responsibilities:

The Project Engineer will be involved in all aspects of design, procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of water / wastewater and stormwater treatment plants.
  • Manage small-medium sized projects from inception to completion, meeting budgetary, quality and commercial targets.
  • Work closely with companies internal sales, business development and design teams.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, attending face-to-face project meetings.
  • Continuous learning and development of engineering and project skills. Keep up-to-date on the industries latest technologies.
Required skills & experience: 
  • A relevant tertiary degree (Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
  • At least 3+ years post-graduate experience within the Water industry.
  • Wastewater treatment project or technology experience, understanding of specific technologies.
  • Proven project engineering or management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong coordination, organisation and customer facing skills.
