Chris has experience recruiting water industry professionals at all levels, from graduates to senior executives, with a key focus on engineering, project delivery, business development and senior executive assignments.


The company is driven by a simple philosophy of being genuine, honest and creating a positive experience for candidates and clients.

Bradley comes to W3 with 6 years recruitment experience, 4 years as an engineering technician and 3 years as a software sales consultant including recruitment software.


It is this holistic experience that allows Bradley to share in the candidate experience, and enables him to understand the drivers and challenges clients go through when recruiting and growing their teams.


Bradley supports construction and engineering companies involved in water infrastructure and utilities projects, with a focus on pre-contracts, project delivery and senior assignments.
